St. Luke's is the chartering organization for Troop 97. Troop 97 was formed in 1952 and has been in continuous existence since 1959. For more information, visit Troop 97's website.
The mission of the Larimer County Food Bank is "to reduce hunger in Larimer County, Colorado through programs that collect, process, store and distribute food to individuals and in cooperation with agencies that serve those in need". St. Luke's supports the Larimer County Food Bank by collecting food the first Sunday of each month. If you would like more information on how you might take a more active role in directly supporting the food bank, please visit their website.
The mission of the St. Luke’s Outreach Committee is to support, empower, and encourage the people of St. Luke’s in our shared baptismal ministry of seeking and serving Christ in all persons, striving for justice and peace among all people, and respecting the dignity of every human being. This ministry is carried out in the world, especially to those living outside our usual perspective or sphere of influence.
We meet the second Tuesday of every month at 7 pm in the library. Persons with further questions may contact Judy Crosby or Deacon Marc Genty.
The group makes small quilts to give to new Christians at Baptism. We meet the third Monday every other month at 1:30 P.M. in the Lear Library at St. Luke's. Months for meetings are January, March, May, July, September and November. Coordinator is Mildred Weidemann, 970-266-9330.
